I heard the same on the green tape replacing the tan stuff, but that's fine with me I like the green stuff.
Not sure what to say on the blue stuff?

Actually I think it sucks.I like to use the green to outline with but I find the good ol tan works better on the paper machine and for fill in like door handles and stuff.Oh well, the corporate geeks know what's best for us I guess

I'm sure 3M is aware of the "glue" problem with their 1/8" tape. If not... possibly they should read our posts on the 3M "blue tape".

As far as the 3/4", I just use the "Highland" brand tape, less money and serves the purpose for "filler" on the flame jobs.
Seems to be as good if not better then 3M. It tears easily, sticks perfectly, and leaves no glue
