painting my motorcycle, abs plastic fairing.

Looking at using spies hecker permacron system.

permacron 1:1 elastic primer surfacer

but in the base/top coat the permacron acrylic urethanes dont have different specs for conventional and HVLP guns. Just gives pressure of 75psi.

Permacron Acrylic Urethame Series 257 - lead free

This worries me a bit, can you not spray this paint with HVLP guns? Running 75psi thru a HVLP gun doesnt make sence to me.

your thoughts?

75lbs,holy sh!t.Is this stuff stucco?I can't see this type of pressure at all thru an HVLP but I can't see Spies not making something HVLP compliant. That's some weird stuff man.

That might be the one coat clear I've heard of,I'll pass.It seems PPG pulled their sheets being overly liability conscience. If you want to use this system let me know because I know it well.It will be expensive, but not much less than HOK if it is by the time you get everything fresh.
