what is the best way to get the hammering marks out of a custom made aluminum gas tank?should you epoxy prime it before you polyester putty it or not?what pros or cons of this method have anybody heard of?
I would epoxt it to be safe.That's with PPGs epoxy though,I don't know if others behave the same.Let it dry at least an hour above 70 degrees but overnight is cool.If it sets over 3 days you meed to scuff it before putting anything on it.
