For those that don't have a stencil cutter yet here is a way to get your designs cut. Go to your local Kinkos. They have a sign dept. that cuts vinyl. You can get a good price by letting them know that all they need to do is cut the design. They don't have to weed it and they can even use material they might have tossed as color really doesn't matter.
I just had a sheet made with 6 logo/graphic designs on a sheet 20"x10" for $20.
A couple points of note:
1. The vinyl they use is not specifically for this application. You won't have any issues at all if you place the stencil on, use it relatively quickly and remove before the adhesive cures.
2. Depending on you relationship with them you may be able to provide your own proper vinyl and let them cut it.
3. If you don't have a Kinkos nearby, most sign shops have vinyl cutting ability.
