im going to have one to do in the spring, im goint with a troronto maple leafs theme, thats her favorite team i guess, so anyone every done one, should i put some flex agent in the base and clear?

I'm doing a Bauer helmet for a friend, and I'm having a hell of a time getting paint to stick. It's that real smooth slick plastic. I used adhesion promoter and epoxy primer but it still doesn't want to stick /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/shrug.gif

Prep the helmet with a 400grit sanding.
Then epoxy prime. No need for adhesion promoter.
There is also no need for a flexative in the paint or clear.

thanks alot , i was going to ask him if he had sanded the helmet or just tried to slash it over the shinies, anyways, youve painted some have you, good luch with them??
