Bar & Shield design ? for Scott

Hey Scott, I want to have a few vinyls cut out of the Bar & Shield to shoot on tanks. Is there any legal restrictions to this? I know you paint the logo on some of your jobs, I was hoping you could tell me if there are any trademark issues involved, or permissions required from HD.

I am not fully for sure on this...I do know that when I started doing this, me and my wife asked the company that make my stencils up and they said they do have permission to do the stencils...
