Hello, I have noticed that House of Kolor makes a whole ton of base coat colors. Can these paints only be used as a base coats or can they be used for anything on the paint job?
The word base coat means that it must be top coated with clear.
So pretty much they can be used for anything as long as they are cleared -gloss or mat.
