If I paint my car with black base coat and then clear it is it allright to do the flames with arcylic paint?
Curt, why would you want to mix and match paint systems? You would be alot better off picking one system and sticking with it.there has been previos posts on this topic and almost every time it leads to head aches. reasurch a little in the archives and you will see what i mean

I spent 200 dollars for black bc/cc yesterday and that was getting a deal from my buddie who works at the place.
The only reason I asked was because I could get the arcylic paint for free so i thought if there would not be a problem I would use it. I guess i won't now though.
