You were never told this but you have to learn to take the place of those that disappear to keep the place going.Kind of like a shop and coming in as an apprentice,you have so much time to learn or you're gone...........ok,just kidding.Learn what you can though because a trade school or alot of shops won't teach you crap anymore,it's becoming a hard buisness to learn properly without someone sending you off with misinformation for fear you'll take their job or they just don't know better.
