Black with blue hue in sun

I want to repaint my tank and fenders on my bike. I want Black, black as I can get. And I want a blue hue to reflect over the top when the light hits it. I've tried searching threads on this and nothing helps. Some say candy looks purple, others say you have to use metallic,etc. I dont want metallic unless I absolutely have too. I dont like the sparkle. I just want black with a blue reflection. I've seen people have done this with a red candy but I want blue. Is this possible? Please help. BTW cool forum
