Blackest Black ?

I talked to my local PPG store looking for the blackest black base coat I could find.

He recomended DCC 9300.
Isn't this is a top coat paint?

He said it could be used as a base that it would just be shiny when sprayed.

Any opinions on this?

Any other suggestions would be appreciated....
I'm still learning about all this stuff.

Pete, House of Kolor claims to have the blackest of black BC- 25 i personally use it on a regular basis and at about $25 a quart its priced right.
