brandywine flames

I'm doing a motorcycle using black base and the flames are going to be a ghost brandywine. I'm going to use orion silver for the base of the flames. As for the brandywine I know you mix the candy with the sg100. Do you do this on a 1 to 1 ratio? Can you add some reducer so I flows out of your airbrush better? Will adding the reducer hurt anything?

It is basicaly standard practice to almost double the reducer when using an airbrush.

Are you using Kandy or Kandy Concentrate?? I don't think you can mix the Catyliesd Kandy and SG100 together. I could be wrong, but something about that doesn't sound right --- Bones!~

its the kandy concentrate. is it ok to add some reducer?

Reef - Check the tech sheet or the back of the can for info - But You mix that with SG100, the ratio is up to you depending on how light or dark you want it to be. If you're sprayin with a gun mix it 2:1 with reducer - If you shooting with an airbrush mix it 1:1 and that should be a good start --- Good Luck - Bones!~
