Bumper finishing

Hiya everybody I'm new to this site but just looking around it looks like a great site.

I have a question if you don't mind answering it for us

I'm using a stippled/texture paint to give the black plastic factory look to the front bumper but does this type of finish require a matte lacquer or not

If it's a textured "paint" I don't think you'd need to topcoat it again with another paint.

I've been thinking about it logically and it mixes 2 parts texture 1 part hardener so I'm assuming it dries hard enough plus if I were to lacquer it it would reduce or completely take away the textured effect
