i have had to repaint my car once because some nuckle head touched the bare metal after i preped it.when i scraped off the paint with a blade (trying to figure out what went wrong) i found actual finger prints on the bare metal.trouble is i think they were mine.hard lesson there.had to strip and repaint the entire car.lol.cyas
this is in the clear i hope .I went thru the other bumps on my bike they loof like their in the paint i think i know what happen to my bike wrong candy clear. This bike I painted 8 months ago all HOK paints.
My guess would be that they are where the parts were stripped to metal, and now they are some minor rust spots. Just a guess though. Maybe a good pic, and we'll be able to tell for sure.
aluminum gas tank has the bumps on it. I painted the fenders at the same time no bumps. These bumps are tiny. My deuce has harley customs sheet metal one side has these small bumps going to try to wet sand and polish this winter. guess i'll be doing more then one set.
