I'd be kind of leary about putting HOK over NCS.If you want to use PPg just get some DBC500 (or DBU500 for that base) and add color to it.You can use any factory color or any of the tints, but if you use one of the transparent tints you'll need more of it.I hear it said that HOK is a more brilliant candy, but others tell me there's not much difference. Can't tell you personally because I haven't used HOK.

Thanks Rex you helped me (through this site) with the original paint job on the T took it to a show ( won spec choice award) and a goof ball ran through the ropes and got the righ rear. The insurance man gave a decent amount for the body work, but offered $125.00 to just paint the damage. We still at war and I am just going to repaint the whole thing, I have been nice about this I even offer to paint his car to match his house latex paint and all plus paint flames of his choice on the casts he is about to be wearing.

Those insurance adjusters can be slime.I can't remember what you painted it before but if it's a 3 stage candy or pearl he should at least give you a 'zone' paint or enough to redo the whole side and rear and blend on the other corner. No matter what $125 is cheap for what needs done.Nothing like trying to fight with the only legal monopoly and trying to get the service you're paying good money for.Have you taken it to any custom shops or high quality ones for estimates to repair it?

only one shpo here that does that type work and the adjuster went to him and Danny told him the only way he would touch it was to buy the T for me and paint it and resale it. He said that guy (me) painted that T three times and was still not satisfied I know I couldnt paint his car. But I do thank you for all you help and I may be back here asking more questions. Thinking about a Kandy purple or green of the car with ghost flames this time.
