Car show

I just got back from a car show in Puyalup, Wa. They had alot of artists showing their stuff. There was a large area for all of them to work in and you could watch. I was not surprized that everyone I talked to was so great. There was a steady line of cars and bikes coming in for pinstripping and graphics a real popular item was logos like 8 balls, dice, flamed skulls, and names. When you watch something being created in real time and how much appreciation people have for the work they are paying for it makes me wonder why I've worked so hard at things I don't like for people who don't care. Hey, I know that sounds korny, but it's true.

<font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">I feel your pain... I paint race bikes. People want show quality at Maaco prices. Nothing ****es me off more than to hear, "I was looking to spend about $200 for 3 colors and numbers".

Or when I deliver something and they go, "it's not the color I expected"... all this after having them tell me the exact color chip they wanted.

HEY! This feels good. Maybe Scott should start a "Bitch" forum! Sort of cleanses the soul.
