I've ever seen a cup like that.

My guess would since since it's a 3:1 cup (not a 3:1:1), that whichever group you choose you would go up to the "A" with the clear. Then you would go up to the "B" on the same line as the A with the hardener.
That appears to be how they get the 3:1 ratio

Then a 'splash' of reducer, or even more. If it's 3:1:1, you would need to add as much reducer as you did hardener.

I would put three coats on your spoiler.
Do the 'tack test' to know when to spray the next coats. If you put your finger on a portion of the clear and pull away and the clear is stringy, leave it sit a bit longer (normally I would say about 5-7 minutes would be sufficient between coats). This is a good way to tell when you go to the next coat.
Put a clean sheet of masking paper below the spoiler or a piece of small metal, so you can test on this instead of having to touch the spoiler

Yes, that would be correct. My guess would be you would need the bottom one on the RIGHT (second highest up overall).

The little line without any letter above each group could be the 'splash' of reducer.
Mix it the way the instructions read though!
