Clueless when it comes to pearls.

I've been doing auto body work for about two years for the Air Force. We never work with pearls and I have never sprayed any before. Well anyway the question I have is that I want to put ghost flames on my 2000 Chevy Silverado Its indigo Blue and I have not a clue which color of pearl would look good on it. I would appreciate any suggestions. Thanx.

Possibly the "violet" pearl would look great over the blue. You can basically use some of the tips in the How To section, or their is other places that show you how you can mix the pearl toner to achieve these flames.

Be sure and do a test spray first, before doing the actual painting. Spray a test panel the actual blue, then clearcoat. Then you can practice on how many coats of the pearl you need. Each coat of pearl you spray on, will make the flames stand out even more.
