Thanks. I saw that but I was looking for a little more detail. Is the russet red the base? What color is the Kandy? Are the flames under the Kandy. They look like they are on top. What was color are the flames and was there a flake added. What brand of paint? Are all the colors House of Kolor. Sorry for all the questions but I really like the job and was thinking about attempting something similar
I basically sprayed the ghost flames in a base color, then candied them. You can choose whichever base you would like. The brighter the base under the candy, the more your flames will stand out.
I guess you had 2 base colors a black or dark blue for the background with the red flames outlined on top then the candy? I appreciate the help. I am just a novice and want to gather as much information as possible before I fumble my way through this
mansky,
Base is black, then the flames are airbrushed in the base of your choice (gold, silver, blue...), then you can candy over the flames. Usually only takes a few coats of candy.
