Custom paint on car....best way to do the jam

Ok im doing graphics down the sides of my car and was wondering what the best way was to bring the graphics into the door jams. I didn't know if i should do the jams first or last, and best ways to tape off in whatever situation.

How about opening the doors and tape/spray them at the same time.

There is not EVEN enough room in the paint booth for that. There is no way that i could paint the rest of the car with the doors open

Do you want the grafix in the jambs too or just to fill in the area between the door and 1/4 with the door closed?

In the jams ... I just think it looks classy, as far as paint jobs go. Attention to detail.
