Dry time between last color coat and first clear coat

I see recommendations of 30 - 90 minutes between the last color coat and first clear coat.

I didn't have the clear coat around so a week has gone by.

Can I just start spraying the clear coat or do I have to do anything else.

No, you cannot just spray over the paint. You'll have to completely sand it, clean it, and shoot another coat or 2 of color, THEN put the clear on it, within the specified time window that the paint manufacturer recommends.

Chopolds is correct. Though you 'could' spray over your base after a week, you'll most likley have problems with the clearcoat peeling off.
You'll need to scuff, re-shoot and clear.
