etching primer

hello everybody. I just bought a new fender for my motorcycle. It came already primed with a coat of phosphated etching primer. I am using HOK paints. My question is can i go over this stuff with KO-Seal. If not what should i use. thanks for you help.

Probably talking about the e-coat (a black primer that comes on some newer car and motorcycle parts) ...If so, no problem.
Scuff it up and paint-away!
