Faux tank halves

I have been trying to find some plastic or fiberglass HD tank halves for artwork display purposes but all the ones I can find cost $80-$90. Does anyone know of a supplier for such an item? Is there a market for them besides me? If I cannot find a reasonable source for them I might just start molding them myself.

Would there be a market for helmet halves for displays?

They are made of fiberglass and work awesome. They cost about $30 after tax and shipping.
As far as helmet halves, I don't know. If you find any at a reasonable price let me know.

You can pick up a cheap helmet at a yard sale or flea market. I find them all the time for less than $20. I have several styles of helmets laying around just in case I get a design idea.
