fender rivets

I will rephrase my question since I didn't get a response before. I have HOK paints ready to marble and spray ghost flames this weekend. But, I have some fender rivits that I could leave or grind them off. If I grind them off, what rattle can spray paint and filler can I use to get me back to a smooth black finish ready for the marbleizing? It won't have to be perfect since most of the black base will be covered by the marble. Can I just go to Walmarts and pick up some primer and black? Any particular paint type I should look for that will work with the HOK paint?
Help?

IF YOU'RE USING URATHANES STICK WITH'M. I TRIED TO SAVE A FEW $$$'S BY DOING THE RATTLE CAN PRIME. BAD CHOICE, THE FRESH TOP COAT STARTED EVERYTHING UNDER IT LIFTING AND NEEDED TO START OVER - WONT DO THAT AGAIN. GOOD LUCK

Thanks Guys! I stopped by a local body shop and they are going to take care of it for me. I don't need more to worry about.
