I found a site that sells the Blue fine line tape but I read several of you guys mention another fine line tape. I think it was a standard masking or crepe tape. What is it and where on the internet can I buy it.
I use 3M 233+ green tape. It's a crepe tape style but I really like the way it holds in tight turns on flames. And it doesn't leave alot of glue behind like the old style manila (white) masking tape. I tried the blue plastic fine line stuff, but if you don't stretch it out and let it set before you apply it, it pulls away from tight turns. I buy my 3M 233+ tape in many widths. 1/8", 1/4" 1/2" 3/4" etc. from www.autobodydepot.net . They have a good price and ship fast.
