First flame job inside.......

I just finished painting my buddies car. It's an 89 Mustang LX, and it was/is that kinda blah maroon color they painted so many of the early stangs. It came out looking a lot nicer than expected, but I threw some ghost flames on for added effect.

The pics aren't that great, as the garage is small and the flash and the lights make it hard to capture the flames.

Front fender looking back, this shows the color the best:

I will get some overall pics when completed, I don't have the hood done yet or the nose on the car....... BTW, this is my first attempt at doing flames.......

(Flame suit on) Opinions?? /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/freak.gif

Thanks for the kind words, guys. I am not sure if I feel that they look as good as I wanted. This was kind of an experiment on all fronts. I had never mixed up pearls, never shot flames. I learned a lot, and next time will be quicker, better and more complex.......

LS, I like the way you arched the flames over the wheel wells. Good job! Wait until you get it out in the sunlight. Sunlight really makes that pearl special. TC /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/bigokay.gif
