Hi All

I have an intricate and fairly small design I want to transfer onto a crash helmet. I have tried using Frisk but it wont adhere to the basecoat very well, what have you guys used for this kind of thing. At the moment I'm overlaying strips of masking tape to form a small sheet and I'm cutting the mask this way but theres gotta be an easier solution

Try your local sign shop and see if they can get you some Gerber Mask or some transfer tape. They might have some scraps they'd just give you?
