Ghost flames and airbrushed graphics on Silver.

I have an '01 Ford Silver Clearcoat Metallic truck that I want to do a Ghost flame with air brushed in screaming faces with a slightly darker silver/gray. Similar to this:

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!
