I would like to apply pearl ghost flames over my burgundy base.

im leaning towards either a black pearl for a darker flame or

a silver for a lighter ghost flame.

any help on colour selections would be apreciated.

btw I cant seem to log out because no log out functions work for me?!

I personally like the "silver" idea. Reduce your basecoat out more then normal, then airbrush the edges of the flames.

If you want a darker ghost flame job over your base, I would suggest taking some black, and mixing it with the base color. This will give you a very deep burgundy. I'd mix about a 60% black, 40% burgundy. This should give a very nice subtle ghost effect.

As far as the "Log out", I had heard that this problem persists with Netscape users. Not for sure if this is what you are using. Haven't had time to check into it though.

Thanks for the tips Scott,

i am using Netscape too... hmmm netscape is becoming very problematic for me..

another question.

In your opinion do u think if the burgundy was also in pearl, that would be too much and take away from the flames?

I thought perhaps of laying the burgundy using a 2 layer pearl, then flames over the top, however then thought I could put the flames down in the base coat, then pearl over the entire lot?

thanks again
