Ok,I thought you were going to say that.What paint line did you use,I hope it was top line stuff.The problem is if you didn't use a 1 coat clear you may have a wrinkle coming-you have to put more clear on it.If it's a hi solids 2 coat clear you should be ok,but if it's a 3 coat clear it may wrinkle.Don't sand it whatever you do,instead get a grey Scotchbrite pad and lightly scuff it with water.By lightly I mean put a little pressure on the pad,don't press hard but don't just slide it over it.All you need is a good even scratching of the surface to make adhession.After you clean it and is ready to reclear,put the recommended # of coats on this time,don't worry about the coat that's already there.Put your first coat on easy though and don't go with a reducer that's any slower than you used the first coat.Ideally if you can use a faster reducer and not go out of temp range it would be better.If that first coat bites in too long on the existing coat the chances of wrinkling get higher.Let us know what clear you used though and what the label states for required coats.
