Painted a bike for a friend, only the second one I did. He took it to the Kansas City Bikers for Babies ride a few weeks ago and entered it in the bike show. Lo and Behold, he won 2nd place in the People's Choice category! Nice guy that he is, he let me have the trophy. (Don't let him know I said that he was a nice guy.) Here are 3 links that show some pictures of it. First is my friend getting the trophy, second is picture of the bike at the show, and the last is a few other pictures right after I finished painting it. It rained on it just prior to me taking the pictures, so the drops are water...not bad paint.
Kinda hard to see, but the flames have a black 1/16 inch pinstripe that fades to bright red at the tips. The rest is PPG metallic blue and silver. You can click on some of the pics and get a better look.
