gray ghost flames

hello, im looking to do a ghost flame job on my integra, its going to be a black base, and i want a really really dark grey, kind of a gunmetal gray flame, i was wondering if anybody had done this before and how the end result was, if you could see the flames or not, and what type of paint did you use, thanks

Hello DM,
On something like this, you should really do some test panels to get the effect that you want,

I believe that all Acura blacks have mica (pearl) in them. So you could possibly take this color and add some more of the same pearl that is in the factory formula. This would give it a very subtle effect.

You could also layout your flames, then go around the inside border spraying a light coat of white pearl.
