That's not bad at all.It's 40 +/- a buck or 2 near me.About the only way I see getting a break is really being buddies with your supplier or maybe buying in bulk-but what's bulk?2qts is around $2500.I'm thinking no KY included though.The only saving grace is it is expected that you'll make a small profit off the materials,unless of course it's a personal vehicle.If I'm buying at retail though you can't mark it up more than 5 maybe 10% or they will go somewhere else if they compare,and they usually won't figure in the labor or quality difference.If I recall the numbers right a collision shop is doing good to hit 18% profit on materials around here buying at shop price.
