It should say on the can, if it says 100% then that means equal parts of thinner as paint ie; 10 oz of color add 10 oz of thinner. For the high quality thinner just go to your local paint jobber and tell them you need a laquer thinner for painting laquer, not for cleaning. Hope this helps. P.S. you should still spray on a good uro clear over the laquer.
