Hello please help

Hi so just sprayed my tank with hok solar gold base coat and sg100 do i dry or wet scuff it for the next coat

I typically wet sand everything, just a practice that i do. havent used a lot of HOK, i tend to lean towards the ppg vib line so im not sure what sg100 is, im assuming it's an innercoat clear? if im correct, I would def wet sand. hope this helps a little.
