Pearls over Black are the only way to go - Somebody wasn't tellin you the truth

If it was my car and my first paint job I'd try a few test panels first.

On to the car - The best thing to do in my opinion would be white/silver ghost flames or graphings - really sick long evil ones - maybe with some skulls in them. Prep your base, Layout and mask off your flames, Spray white pearl and then fade in silver around the edges - unmask, clear, color sand and buff -- Chech out the "how to section" Scott has provided on this site - The guy knows what he's doin'
Good-luck - and don't think you'll be done in a weekend!! -- Bones!~

I am in no hurry and I am gonna spend most of the summer practicing and doing test panels
I hope to shoot the car late summer/early fall.
I have since decided to change the color.
I am gonna have the interior out to weld in a cage so taking the rest out to shoot the jams is only gonna add a few days to the job..
bright green is gonna be the base with some tribal flames in charcoal/silver..whatya think???
I think it will be a
