Help with clear coat

I needed to have very specific colors on my latest project and the only company with these was a graffiti company. Here is the link:Art Primo: Art Primo: About MTN 94 Spray Paint I did 3 coats rustoleum automobile primer, 2 coats for each color of paint and now I need to know the right clear coat to use. I did a scrap sample with rustoleum crystal clear enamel and it caused the paint to bubble and peel. I have everything done except the clear so telling me to use a different paint won't help. The website doesn't say if it is enamel or lacquer or what so if anyone knows a safe clear to use, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks.

Looks like to me you could also use some of their clearcoats.
I came up with a few spray can clearcoats. If you go to their website and do a search for 'clear', you'll see some different clears you can apply over their paint.
