Help with DIY re-paint on car please!

I backed up and swiped my car against a brick wall about a week ago and needed to repair the damage i did. I decided to try to do it myself because the repair shops i took it too said the best option would be to replace the door panel but i don't really care (at least for now) if the door has a dent in it, i just didn't want it to start rusting. I will first say that i honestly do not know much about this but i felt i had done adequate research to at least apply this basic temporary fix. The repair shops were saying the metal was stretched which made it more difficult to repair... Anyways, this is what i did.

I cleaned the affected area and then started sanding. I got most of the paint off where i wanted to repaint then wiped the area off again. I sprayed a light coat of primer on, waited the time instructed on can and did it again. Then i did the same for the paint (waiting for it to dry and applying 2-3 light coats) and the same for the clear coat. When it had dried i started removing the tape (masking tape) and a few spots around the edges peeled the paint back up with the tape. What should i do to fix what came up? Re-apply paint and clear coat?

Also, there is a noticeable line around the re painted part where i peeled the paint up. What should i do to fix that?

Please let me know if i can clarify anything, I would love to do this on my own but it didn't turn out how i wanted.

Thanks!

Quite a few things could have happened here.
Sounds like the edge could have possibly been caused by applying too much paint and it bridged across from the surface onto the tape.
Or, the edges were not sanded enough or properly.
I'm assuming that you masked off the door to paint, not just a square within the door. If the paint peeled when you took the tape off the moldings, then you could have 'over' taped, which means you taped up the moldings, but some areas you had the tape on the painted surface.
The only way you can really do this correctly is redo it. You'll have to sand those edges down, and remask the door up. If the spot is too big since this is your second time around, you may need to spray into the adjacent panels.
