I have a 97 vette Silver and been fighting with myself for a long time about putting flames on it and well I know I want to do it just the color Its silver so have a hard time desiding what color to go with I like the ghost flames but then the color shifting isn't bad either and ideas ??? if i can add a link here is my car

If you want a subtle flame then I would go with a light or very transparent blue. Most other colors will give you a more bold flame.
Since it is silver most colors will look good it just depends on personal taste. If you go for a solid flame you could even try candy red with long licks on the flames.

Just my 2 cents.
