I am from Fiji Islands,
We have a number of PSV vehicles (with a couple others) we do all the repairs ourselves, including painting and all.
What we used to do was simply paint the base followed by clear and let it go, as the vehicles would have scratches within a few weeks of being driven we didn't do any buffing.
Well recently one of our vehicles nearly failed inspection because it was not buffed, with inspecting for the others piling up I figure I need to learn buffing in a hurry, with that I am here.
