HOK Color Change Flake - Suggestions

I am doing a new scheme on my Yamaha 2006 Raven R1. I want to incorporate the new HOK Color change flakes which go from red to blue. My goal is for it to show three colors between the basecoat and the flakes. Any suggestions on a good basecoat to lay down to accomplish this???

Have you thought of a temperature color change paint?

What if you had it flip flop between two colors depending on the temperature outside?
