probably a dumb question but I am confused. I want to do a complete Kandy flame job using HOK UK I am not sure how to acomplish this. Can I shoot the entire tank with a kandy then apply a basecoat over that for that the the second kandy for the kandy flames and if so do i need a clear over the first kandy I have been looking at the tech book so long I think I am more confused and it doesn't seem to address this, or I am missing it. any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

It's a bit confusing but I think you want to base and candy the first flames then clear. And then do the same for the second set. There could be an easier way but I'm not 100% sure what you want.

Chuck,
The way I do a candy base, candy flame job is to spray the base/candy, spray a couple coats of clear over this, resand, then do the candy flames, then clear over the complete part.

You can also use the KBC basecoat candies to help keep the thickness down for your flames.
