House of Kolor Base Coats?

I have a question about HoK BC-25 black and BC-26 white. In the colour chip book, they are listed in the same section as the rest of the solid colours, but the rest of the solid colours have a different colour code (SG), wheras the black and white are BC. Is there something different about the black and the white, or were they just given the BC code because those are the solid colours most often used as base coats? All of the other "BC" colours are metallics.</cr>
If a paint can be applied over BC-25 Black or BC-26 White, could it also be applied over any of the other solid colours as well, such as SG-104 Euro Red or SG-101 Lemon Yellow?</cr>
Thanks,</cr>

The answer is yes, the SG's can be painted over.
All the SG stands for is Shimirin Graphic.
I think you're right about the b/w being the most used for base coats.
