How do you pack a freshly painted motorcycle gas tank for shipping?

The tank is professionally painted, clear-coated, cut, and buffed, using professional materials.
Do you need to wait a certain amount of time for the paint to finish out-gassing?

I know how to pack a box, but what material should I use next to the paint? Wax paper? Plastic wrap? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Normally, we let a set or tank sit about 4-6 days. Then we wrap it with a piece of foam wrap. Then we use the bigger "bubble" bubble wrap. Then put it in a box (leave at least 2-4" on each side and the front and rear). Then fill the rest of the box with Styrofoam peanuts (ghost poop).
You do not want the tank moving around. Make sure it's nice and secure in the box.

Be sure and get decent insurance....you never know We've had very good success with UPS though.
