Intercoat Clear?

I just ordered up my paint and Im going to use the Intercoat Clear for tape outs. Do I need to mix the Intercoat with Hardner or just Reducer? I checked my tech sheets and it only says Reducer, is this true? Thanks again!

Also what color scotch brite pad should I use to scuff the intercoat?

No hardner and use a grey scuffy,preferably wet.
