intercoat clear ??

Ok ... what I need to know is if i can use the same Omni clear MC260 that I'll be using for a final coat, as an intercoat between base coat and flames. Heres what I have: PPG radiance silver basecoat, copper basecoat for flames, Kandy orange glow, and omni clear.

It will work. Intercoat is just basically paint without color. It is also a lot less expensive than final clear.

I'd scuff it with a scotch pad before laying out the flames. The tape seems to hold the curves better if scuffed. TC
