Job Pricing

How do most of you price out jobs? I am starting out doing this, used to do tattoos and do alot of computer art and I charge about 80/hr tattoos and 35/hr for computer time. what is the average custom job go for. I dont want to be outrageously high or low. and im talking good metal, just something that needs blasted perhaps and painted with a fairly simple 2 color flame job. just curious. I did a job on a heritage and thought I overpriced it but the guy jumped at it for $1500.
