Hey all, great info you all have been giving out. Have helped me out alot. I was wondering if anyone has used that House of Kolor ..Kandy Koncentrate diy kit?..and if so..how good is it?..does it mix and apply well?..are there any known problems with it?...I know HOK is a great source of awesome paints but this is the first I've heard of this kit.........thanks for any feedback....

....Great site Scott F...

I haven't heard of a "kit" but I've used there intensifiers before. They work great for say: Kandied flames over silver pearl... You can mix it stonger than a regular kandy so you won't spray as many coats thus leaving less of a paint edge to cover with clear --- Bones!~

There is a conversion van company that I deal with through my body shop, and they actually use the KK with Diamont. I'm SURE HoK would tell ya it's not a good idea, but it works for them. Anyone else have any luck using KK with a non-HoK paint system? I'm assuming you mix it in clear, rather than with a clear bsaecoat binder or something like that. I just know they turn out a ton of vans, and do them all with Diamont, and KK.

I have used HOK on all the Flame & marble jobs I have done. As a topcoat, I go with Sikkens Autoclear HS plus And have awesome results.
