kandy u and graphics
Thanks for the input, greatly appreciated.
I've since done the inside of the tailgate for color and the grill, bumper and airdam.
after clearing and laying the first foundation of artwork I'll use sg100 over the other two colors. After that I'll clear the whole truck again.
This will make material usage a little better.I've used Kandies before and know they have to be dealt with carefully, especially in laying it down on large surfaces.
I just wanted some additional advice concerning the process and was wondering if anyone had any pearls of wisdom on the safest way to handle a Kandy job with artwork and multiple colors as graphics.
After stripping, etching, surface priming, blocking, wet sanding, base coloring red, U11 Kandy, Clearing, Wet sanding, First color of graphics, clearing with sg 100, second color, clearing with sg 100,
final color, final clearing, wet sanding, final flow coat.
How's that? Sound familiar? Thanks- Any advice?
