After I sprayed my last coat of clear on my motorcycle helmet, I started to use the fine grit sand paper......is it suppose to look like its scuffed up again? I wet sanded with 1500 grit. Thanks for the help.

Yes, you'll want to use the 1500 grit until the helmet is completely dull. Then you will need to buff the shine back.
Be sure and use a pro buffer. Don't try the 'drill' setup or try to hand buff.

If I sprayed too much clear and ended up with drips, is it ok if I sand down the drip spots smooth with 800 grit and then finish off with 1500 grit? Thanks for the PWD reset also TAZ.

Yes, you can do this, but you have to be VERY careful with this. If they are in a smaller area, let's say less than 4 inches or so, I would suggest using a broken paint paddle wrapped with the piece os 800. Then block the runs out. Then you can do the same with the 1500.
If the runs are close to an edge, you will have to be extremely careful. You want to block down the high spots before going through the low spots.

By the way, you should be able to change your pw under your 'settings'
